Locations: from the street address to the right door
Sites can now list several locations, each with an entrance pin, a short access note and an Open in Maps link. The map loads only after consent.

A street address is not always where you get in. Large office buildings have many entrances, clinics share courtyards, and a class held in a different building each day is easy to miss. The new Locations section was built for exactly that.
Every place, edited as content
Each location lives in the website settings, not in code. It has a name, an address, an optional pin on the exact entrance and a short access note, such as which door to use or which floor to go to. Names and notes are translated like everything else.
Open in Maps, always
Every location gets an Open in Maps link. It uses a pasted Google Maps link if there is one, then the entrance pin, then an address search. A link sets no cookies, so it needs no consent.
A live map, only after consent
Sites can also show a live Google map for each location. Until the visitor allows it, a calm placeholder takes its place, and no request goes to Google. In the editor, the entrance pin can be placed on a map instead of typing coordinates.
Deep links to a single place
Locations can be shown as cards or as a list, all of them or a chosen few. Each has its own anchor, so a link can point straight to one building from an event, an email or a timetable.
It was built for CYCE, whose yoga classes take place in several buildings of the European institutions in Brussels.
